I'm so excited, I just can't hide it!

Great beat to dance to and a great reminder about how important excitement is in life.
Feeling excited about whatever we do is key to success because excitement is an energy form that enables us to make things happen with greater ease and effectiveness.
We have often heard physicists tell us that everything is energy. The computer screen you are reading this article from is energy. If you are indoors reading this, the walls surrounding you are energy, and so are you.
Of course all energy vibrates and so do you. When we vibrate at a fast high energy frequency we are exuding positive emotions, whereas low and slow frequency vibrations are associated with negative feelings.
Each frequency attracts to it similar types of frequencies in situations and in other people. We vibrate with things that are in tune with us. So if we are feeling positive we will attract that type of energy to us. That way we will get things done, attract upbeat people to us, who have a “can do” attitude.
Sounds like a lot of theory. Let’s get practical. You get out of bed feeling cold and miserable, loathing the day ahead of you. What kind of day is it more likely for you to have, what kind of people, moods and circumstances will you attract?
The more we fill our lives with the things that excite us the more joy we will get out of life, the more we will be able to use our talents, and the more in tune we will be with our own true selves.
