Bianca Allery - Client Relations Manager Bianca was born in England and moved to Cyprus at the age of seven. Growing up in a bilingual family, she is fluent in both Greek and English. Bianca joined the PeopleAchieve Team in April 2008 as an Administrator. She joined the team because she spotted the opportunity for growth within the company. |

Although she started off at the position of Programme Support, she was then promoted to Programme Coordinator. As of July 2011, she has taken on the role of Client Relations Manager. Since joining PeopleAchieve, she has been involved in conducting outdoor trainings (treasure hunts), trainings on Time Management for Microsoft Outlook, mystery shopping, culture audits and organising events. Bianca enjoys learning and developing herself and, as a result, despite her young age she brings with her valuable experience and expertise from her previous jobs. Previously she worked as a hotel receptionist. In her second year of employment she was promoted to head receptionist in recognition of her ability to remain calm under stressful situations as well as her natural ease and warmth with guests. These qualities made her particularly suited to her next position as doctors’ secretary at a private clinic. She has also worked as an accountant. She is currently studying Business Studies with Marketing. |
