2.1 A Practical Introduction to Management
Why needed
In the modern business environment, recently promoted managers face many
challenges and demands. In order to be able to successfully handle these
challenges and demands, they must have a good knowledge of some basic management
skills. The better their competency level is, the more effective they are and
the better the results they deliver.
This programme covers the two major areas that managers have to deal with,
People Management and Work Management. It is offered either as a 3-full day
programme or a series of 6 half-day sessions.
