1.2 Living the Corporate Culture

Why needed


Many companies recognize the value of having a Vision and Values. They form the foundation guidelines on which to build positive corporate cultures. The practical benefits however, come once these statements become a way of life for the organization. Unfortunately, in many companies, the Vision and Values remain simply sentences printed on posters hanging in the boardroom.

This training programme aims to encourage staff at all levels of the organization to live the Vision & Values. It is a custom-designed programme, which through games, workshops and exercises obtains staff buy-in and encourages the correct behaviours.

The programme is offered only as an in-house programme and is a follow on from the “Vision, Mission & Values” (unless the organization already has these).

What the programme will cover

  • The importance of the organisation’s Vision and Values
  • The meaning of the Vision and each Value
  • Practical ways to improve each Value in the workplace
  • How each Value can be implemented and monitored

What is accomplished:

As a result of the programme individuals will:

  • Know the Vision and Values of the organisation
  • Know what these mean in practical terms
  • Be encouraged to practice the Values in everyday business life
  • Have formulated practical implementation methodologies
