Set Vision and Goals of Process Change

This stage will set the desired outcomes of the entire process. Thus a clearly defined vision will be formulated, with specific business goals that the process will achieve. To ensure that the desired results are achieved it is essential for managers to understand the key role they play in the process and feel committed to it. This is the objective of this stage. Logistics, Customisation, Tailoring and Planning

Based on the needs identified in the research phase we will design specific targeted training for your people, to meet your objectives that we have agreed together. With you we will plan the logistics such as dates and venues so that the organization is still fully functional, while some staff is on training. Go Back

The training will be conducted by one of our hand picked programme directors . The delivery will be in a non-threatening, humorous and highly participative manner to enhance learning.
