Middle Management

Middle managers, and supervisors, are key players in transforming the vision, strategy and goals of the company into a successful reality. On a daily basis they set the tone and pace of work, shaping the culture and values of the organisation.

Several of our clients see the further development of their middle management strata as crucial to the growth of the company and have bought into our specialised process.

The development process is tailored to the needs of both the individual executive and to the organisation’s.  It starts of with an analysis of the current strengths and potential of the individual as well as traits that may interfere with the success of the person. 

The second stage assesses the skills that the individual will need in his position, such as decision-making, organising a team, motivating others, delegating etc.  At the third stage we build a development path, together with the executive that will enable him to be successful in delivering what the company expects from that position. That path will include training and coaching.

This personalised process produces significant development which is evaluated and measured.
